I’m here for the in-between. The quiet glances, the held breaths, the way your people show up for you. I document it honestly, with a film-inspired touch, so you can feel it again and again.
Hello! I’m Nate Bittinger, a wedding photographer and filmmaker based in Maryland, serving DC, Virginia, and all destinations. I work with a documentary approach because I want you to feel like yourself on your wedding day, not like you are performing for the camera. I stay present, unobtrusive, and focused on what is real.
I look for the in-between moments that pass too fast. The way your people show up for you. The quiet nerves before it all begins. The relief after the ceremony. The laughter that makes you forget I am there. Those are the moments that age well, and they are the ones you will come back to.
My style is film inspired and timeless. Clean whites, calm color, and natural skin tones, with a focus on light and emotion. I will give gentle direction when it helps, then step back and let the day unfold. Whether you book photography or a wedding film, the goal is the same. To help you live it fully now, and relive it honestly later.
I am self-taught, with a background in graphic design, which shapes how I see composition, rhythm, and storytelling. Cinema has always been a major influence for me. The way light shapes a scene, how music changes the meaning of a moment, the pacing, the feeling. I bring that care into every frame, without turning your day into a production.
